Nightingale College regularly reviews its courses, assessments, technologies, and learning experiences. This supports academic quality and continuous improvement. As part of this review, the College may revise, redevelop, or pilot new learning experiences.

Learners are not required to participate in a pilot experience. A learner who wishes to opt out must opt out prior to the current semester's add/drop deadline. Learners opting out of a pilot course will be placed in a standard learning track. Once a learner opts out, they will not be able to participate in a pilot course for the remainder of their time at the College.
