A hold will be placed on the learner’s records if the account balance is not resolved by noon Mountain Time on the last Friday of the add/drop period of every academic semester and will remain in place until the account balance is resolved. Records holds may prevent learners from future course registration, program re-entry, or admission into another program within the College
