Refund for Withdrawal
Download PDFNew learners who begin attending and withdraw from an academic program after the enrollment cancellation period and continuing learners who withdraw from an academic program after starting in a new academic semester will be subject to pro-rata tuition charges. The refund will be calculated based on the week of the last day of attendance in an academic program, according to the table below.

*A Monday through Sunday academic week is used for the purposes of tuition refund proration. When individual courses are dropped after add/drop period, no pro-rata refund is issued.
The learner is responsible for paying any balance owed to the College within thirty (30) days of withdrawal.
