This course focuses on pathophysiologic concepts and nursing management essential
to critical care and emergency nursing in complex patient settings. The course will
address ethical, moral, and legal issues as well as specific considerations for various
procedures and specialty services encountered in the critical care environment. Learners
will learn to apply the nursing process with complex patient situations and prioritize
nursing care for clients with multiple complex needs. |
