This course further develops learners’ ability to use the nursing process, critical
thinking, therapeutic communication, and basic practical nursing skills in caring
for clients who demonstrate increasingly less predictable outcomes or a change in
health status. Clinical experiences help learners enhance their development of clinical
competency in caring for clients. The course will emphasize working collaboratively
with other members of interdisciplinary healthcare teams all within the scope of a
practical nurse. |
