What Makes Nightingale Different?

Named the winner of the 2024 NWCCU Beacon Award for its Wraparound Support Services, Nightingale College was built on the objective to remove barriers and provide vital assistance to nursing students. Through this innovative program, the College continues to showcase academic excellence while highlighting its commitment to progress and preparing a relevantly skilled, readily available nursing workforce, representative of the communities they serve.

At Nightingale College, we believe that success in nursing comes from having the right resources to reach your full potential. That is why our Wraparound Support Services are designed to adapt to your unique needs through our personalized and effective systems. From foundational courses tailored for at-risk-learners, to academic coaching, Nightingale College offers comprehensive resources that support the next generation of nurses.

NWCCU Beacon Award winners

Through our centralized support hub, MyNightingale, learners can find a wide range of educational support services that include a Writing Center, Math Lab, Library, Technology Center, free Webinars, tutor chat, military assistance, mental health resources, and graduation and career readiness opportunities. Offering the convenience of a traditional college with the flexibility of virtual access gives learners the tools and support they may need on their nursing journey.

Due to the success of this program, Nightingale College has significantly increased academic success for all of its learners. With the knowledge and skills gained at Nightingale, each learner will gain the confidence, competence, and compassion they need to join and prosper in the nursing workforce.
