“My overall experience is finally being at an organization that values me as a person and appreciates my skills and knowledge. I’m happy I can call Nightingale home." — Nightingale College Employee
SALT LAKE CITY — Oct. 2, 2026 — Nightingale College, an accredited distance learning nursing institution headquartered in Utah, today announced it has won three 2026 Comparably Awards among large companies: Happiest Employees, Best Perks & Benefits, and Best Work-Life Balance. The awards are based entirely on anonymous feedback from current employees.
Comparably, a workplace culture and compensation platform, announced the winners Sept. 22-24, 2026. Winners are chosen from ratings employees submit about their own employers. There is no self-nomination process or cost to enter.

“It’s important for our educators and collaborators to work in a happy, well-balanced and high-impact community. We are honored because these awards recognize Nightingale College’s efforts to provide a culture of wellness that includes physical, emotional and mental health,” said Mike Sorensen, Nightingale College Chief Collaborator Experience Officer.
About the Awards
Comparably Awards are based on feedback from current employees who rated their employers anonymously on Comparably.com between Aug. 24, 2025, and Aug. 24, 2026. Employees answered structured questions on workplace topics. Comparably scored each answer and compared it with scores from companies of similar size.
