Judges cite a survey given to the parent company of Nightingale College showing employees love their job because they're "changing the world and helping solve the nursing shortage"
Nightingale Education Group has been named the Nation's Top Education Workplace in 2025. Nightingale Education Group is comprised of several operating divisions including Nightingale College, a nursing school educating 7000+ learners throughout the United States.
Nightingale Education Group is ranked No. 1 of 16 midsize organizations honored by Top Workplaces after a survey found employees have a strong sense they are "changing the world" by "changing nursing education." The Energage survey consisted of 24 questions for employees, including whether the organization offers a work-life balance, fair wages and strong values.
