LGBT Support
Nightingale College supports all learners and we are allies for the LGBT community. We want to offer a safe space for learners to talk to us about concerns or issues without the fear of being discriminated. The Learner Advising and Life Resources department has a few resources for the LGBT community.
Utah Pride is a great resource that supports the entire LGBT community, including allies and family, and strives for acceptance and equality. Utah Pride has a ton of resources of their own and has implemented many programs for the LGBT community.

Did you know that Salt Lake City is a member of IGLTA (International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association)? Salt Lake City is very LGBT friendly and has a ton of great resources for the LGBT community. Salt Lake City hosts the Utah Pride Festival and Parade and is also the home of the Utah Pride Center.

The Imperial Rainbow Court of Northern Utah has a scholarship available to members of the community. Go to the link below and see if you qualify! Applications are due by October 15th.
