The Salt Lake Tribune Names Nightingale Education Group a Utah Top Workplaces 2025 Award Winner
Nightingale Education Group, a nationwide provider of nursing education and workforce
development, has been named a 2025 Utah Top Workplaces award winner by The Salt Lake Tribune, marking the fifth time the organization has earned the
recognition.
The award adds to a growing list of honors for the Nightingale, which was recently
named the No. 1 Education Workplace in the United States. Together, these awards highlight Nightingale’s reputation as
both a national leader in nursing education and a leading employer in Utah.
“As Nightingale grows, we remain committed to a culture of purpose, pathway and impact,”
said Jonathan Tanner, chief growth officer of Nightingale Education Group. “This recognition
reflects the strength of our collaborators and their commitment to preparing nurses
who are relevantly skilled, readily available and representative of the communities
they serve.”
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Nightingale has grown to educate more than 8,000
learners nationwide and employs over 1,000 collaborators, with about 20% of its workforce
in Utah.
The Top Workplace Award is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected
through a third-party survey, which measured key aspects of the workplace experience
such as respect and support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.
