Pass It Forward to a Future Nurse
Know someone who dreams of becoming a nurse? A friend? A coworker? A family member? Refer them to Nightingale College and help shape the healthcare of tomorrow.
Help Them Take the First StepHelping Future Nurses Find Their Path
Most find their way to a healthcare career on their own; some need a nudge. There’s likely someone in your life—a friend, a coworker, or even a family member—who’s compassionate, caring, and competent, but they’ve never considered becoming a nurse. Sharing what Nightingale College has to offer could change their life, and potentially save many more.
When learners share their experiences, they help others:
- Explore a future in nursing
- Learn about educational pathways
- Connect with an admissions advisor
- Understand the enrollment process
- Discover a program that fits their goals
Connecting with one of our admissions advisors could set them on the path to becoming a nurse, or at least seeing if it’s the right fit for them—Nightingale has entry-level programs for that, also. If you have someone you believe in, we want to meet them.
The Power of Passing It Forward

"One of the most exciting parts of my role is seeing the energy our learners bring
when they refer friends and family to our nursing program. Hearing a student light
up as they talk about who they’ve shared our program with brings a special kind of
joy and shows just how much they believe in what we’re doing here at Nightingale.
"To me, this program is about so much more than bringing in new students. It’s about
changing lives, building trust, and making a real difference in the nursing shortage—one
referral at a time. I’ll never forget the learner who referred seven people and is
still reaching out with more, because they trust us with the people they care about,
and their friends are just as excited when they discover a program that truly fits
their lives.
"This is what makes the referral program so powerful. Learners helping learners, shaping
futures, and strengthening the healthcare system together. It’s a reflection of learners
uplifting one another, opening doors to new opportunities, and creating lasting impact
on their communities, making it a truly meaningful program."
