Tuition per semester credit varies by program. Additional application, course, and program fees may apply. Tuition waivers may also be available to eligible Nightingale College graduates.

All financial arrangements must be made prior to the first day of class, and learners must meet all financial aid requirements at the time of graduation for release of transcripts, diploma, and participation in the commencement ceremony. The learner and their family (if applicable) have the responsibility for planning and paying for college. Financial aid includes resources such as:

Nightingale College understands the importance of pursuing a degree and offers several scholarships that can be applied to your learner account upon enrollment in the program.   • Terms and Conditions: Utah Tuition Reduction Credit

    Effective Summer Semester 2026

    1. Overview

    Nightingale College is piloting a tuition reduction of $205 per credit hour (up to $24,600 for 120 eligible credits) for Utah residents, subject to annual review and continued approval by the College. This reduction reflects the College’s commitment to expanding access to nursing education in the state of Utah. 

    2. Eligibility Requirements

    To qualify for the Utah Tuition Reduction Credit, Utah learners must meet the following criteria:

    • Residency:</span >Beginning with Summer Semester 2026, provide documented proof of Utah residency for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the start of the semester. The College will review and verify documentation proving residency.
    • Enrollment: Be enrolled in the BSN Program as of Summer Semester 2026.
    • Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment from Summer Semester 2026 until completion of the BSN Program, except for College-approved accommodations under applicable federal law.

    Eligibility will be determined and verified in accordance with institutional policy by a learner funding advisor. Learners may request a review if eligibility is denied.

    3. Terms for New Learners or New Foundational Learners

    This section applies to learners who begin their BSN Program or their foundational course work in preparation for their BSN Program in Summer Semester 2026: 

    • The Utah Tuition Reduction Credit will be applied each semester from the start of the BSN Program until completion, provided eligibility is maintained.
    • Learners must remain continuously enrolled to retain the reduction. Summer Semester 2026 foundational learners must be enrolled in the BSN Program by Fall Semester 2026 to qualify for the tuition reduction.
    • This pilot program is not guaranteed to continue beyond the initial implementation period. Future continuation will depend on institutional review of program outcomes and strategic alignment and will NOT affect current learner eligibility once established.

    4. Terms for Continuing Learners

    This section applies to learners who are already enrolled in the BSN Program prior to Summer Semester 2026:

    • The Utah Tuition Reduction Credit will be applied beginning in Summer Semester 2026 and will continue through the remainder of the learner’s program, provided eligibility is maintained.
    • Courses completed prior to Summer Semester 2026 are not eligible for retroactive reduction.
    • Learner Graduation Fund awards previously earned for credits completed before Summer Semester 2026 will remain unaffected. Learners who receive the Utah Tuition Reduction Credit for specific credits will not receive a Learner Graduation Fund award for those same credits upon program completion.

    5. Additional Conditions

    • Program Fees: The reduction credit does not apply to program fees or other nontuition costs. This reduction does not alter a learner’s federal financial aid eligibility, cost of attendance (COA), or refund calculations under Title IV regulations.
    • Short-Term Reentries (STREs): Utah learners who reenter the BSN Program in Summer Semester 2026 and meet all eligibility criteria are eligible for the reduction, provided all other conditions are met.
    • Scholarships: Learners may not combine this institutional reduction with other internal scholarships, waivers, or SOFE partner tuition benefits. External scholarships or third-party awards remain unaffected.
