Nightingale College is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements
(NC-SARA). Pursuant to the reciprocity agreements under NC-SARA, the College is permitted to enroll
learners into its distance learning programs and provide limited on-ground experiential learning in NCSARA member states across the country, subject to each state’s nursing regulatory body’s rules and
statutes.

State Board Nursing Approvals

The Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Degree Program and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Degree Program are approved by the Utah State Board of Nursing. Upon successful completion of a prelicensure program, the graduates are qualified to apply for Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Utah and take the NCLEX-RN® examination. For more information:
