Nightingale College Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The Nightingale College Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Learners, Alumni and Collaborators (“Participants”) to receive $25.00 USD digital Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) by referring qualified individuals through Nightingale College’s Referral Program landing page.
To participate, Participants must agree to these terms, which become part of The Program’s Terms and Conditions.
How to Receive $25.00 Digital Amazon Gift Card
Participants will receive a $25.00 USD digital Amazon Gift Card if all three (3) of the following conditions are met: (i) the Referred is interested in enrolling in a nursing program in the next twelve (12) months; (ii) the Referred lives within one (1) of the active DDC enrollment areas; (iii) and the Participant fills out accurately and completely the Referral Form.
The Participant will receive The Gift Card for each qualified Referred Candidate within thirty (30) days of the assigned Admissions Advisor clearing the Referred as qualified.
There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards a Participant can receive.
Note: Nightingale College reserves the right to deny any and all Participants from engaging in The Program.
Redeeming the Gift Card
The Gift Card is delivered to the Participant’s email as part the Amazon Incentives Program. The Gift Card amount is applied to the Participant’s Amazon account by redeeming the Claim Code found in the email. Gift Card issues regarding purchases, balances, and/or redeeming, etc., contact Amazon’s Customer Service and reference the Order Number that is provided at the bottom of The Gift Card email.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding The Gift Card, please contact referrals@nightingale.edu. Nightingale College may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding The Gift Card. All decisions regarding The Gift Card will be final and at Nightingale College’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of The Gift Card.
Duplicate Referrals
If the Referred has previously been submitted by another Participant, no Gift Card will be issued for duplicate referrals. Only the first Participant to submit the Referred through the Referral Program landing page will qualify for The Gift Card.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Nightingale College may suspend or terminate The Program or a Participant’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend participation in The Program if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Nightingale College’s Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, amounts, and type of payments and products that you may obtain can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Nightingale College website and on the Referral Program landing page. Continued participation in The Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
