Learners will explore the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of psychotropic medications, focusing on their application in treating co-occurring and treatment-resistant conditions. The course integrates advanced diagnostic reasoning, comprehensive psychiatric assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, preparing students to manage complex cases in diverse populations. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural competence, and addressing health disparities.
