Learners will apply previously developed nursing knowledge and skills while strengthening clinical judgment, communication, prioritization, safety, and culturally competent client-centered care. The course emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional accountability, teamwork and collaboration, care coordination, and the application of nursing competencies appropriate to the learner's level of progression.
