*Earning a nursing degree from Nightingale College does not guarantee employment as a Registered Nurse. Passing the NCLEX-RN® exam and meeting other licensure requirements is necessary for obtaining an RN license. To qualify for the DDC tuition waiver you must be an employee of a DDC partner or referred by an employee of a DDC partner.

Faculty and staff consistently provide a learner-centric learning environment and upon completion of the program, learners will have received the personalized training to provide safe, quality, evidence-based, patient centered nursing care in a variety of health care settings. Each learner will properly engage in critical thinking and clinical reasoning to make effective decisions and implement quality measures to improve patient care.

Along with the personalized care, Nightingale College uses technology-based educational tools such as high-fidelity hands-on activities, broadcasting lectures via the web, and learning management systems that provide a modernized educational approach. While current technology has added to our modality of education, it has not eliminated the individualized relationships that staff and faculty have with each student.
