Personalized Training

Faculty and staff consistently provide a learner-centric learning environment and upon completion of the program, learners will have received the personalized training to provide safe, quality, evidence-based, patient centered nursing care in a variety of health care settings. Each learner will properly engage in critical thinking and clinical reasoning to make effective decisions and implement quality measures to improve patient care.

Blended-Distance Program

Along with the personalized care, Nightingale College uses technology based educational tools such as high fidelity simulation, broadcasting lectures via the web, and learning management systems that provide a modernized educational approach. While current technology has added to our modality of education, it has not eliminated the individualized relationships that staff and faculty have with each student. Nightingale College understands the potential of providing both traditional methods with modern technology.

Nursing Focused

Nightingale College focuses on solely educating learners for a career as a registered nurse. This single program focus allows all faculty and staff to be centered on making qualified and educated graduates ready to improve the communities they serve.
